DESCRIPTION:
Responsa is a chatbot and knowledge-base solution to help businesses with customer service and shopping experience.

At Responsa, my role as UX Designer was to lead and define the visual identity for the SaaS platform and also lead the front-end development efforts.

Over the years, my contribution has made Responsa one of Europe's leading enterprise customer care solutions in self-caring.

SELECTED PROJECTS

01.

IN-PAGE
WIDGET

One of the first tasks I worked on when I started my journey at Responsa involved a comprehensive overhaul of the In-Page module of the Responsa Knowledge Base.

The primary objective was to elevate the user experience and enhance functionality, all while simplifying the overall layout for a more intuitive user journey.

This ambitious endeavor also entailed a complete redevelopment of the Front-End logic.

Below, you can find some different widget use cases still used by some of Italy's most important insurance, banking, and tech companies.

02.

ADMIN
DASHBOARD

This project is undoubtedly the one I'm most proud of: it involved redesigning and rebuilding the Responsa administration dashboard from scratch.

It required a comprehensive analysis of the existing features, including evaluating their effectiveness and relevance.

Additionally, I developed a design system to maintain consistency across all dashboard pages and facilitate quick implementation of new features.

This approach ensured the new dashboard was efficient, scalable, future-proof, and met our customers' needs.

03.

CHATBOT

Another great project I'm very proud of is the design and development of the whole chatbot user interface and the related admin sections in the dashboard.

The main objective was to integrate all the main knowledge base functionalities in the In-Page module within a conversational interface.

Given these assumptions, I analyzed what our competitors had at the time, and from there, I defined a set of basic features for a minimum-viable product.

After several design iterations, I started developing the actual chatbot using Angular, leveraging the existing infrastructure already used for the In-Page module.

Over the years, I continued designing and implementing several other features, including webviews, image galleries, variable storing, and third-party integrations.

As of 2022, the chatbot is used by tens of thousands of unique users per week.
